Job Description:
Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company,
is recruiting for a full-time Therapist/Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
for the inpatient behavioral health program at Brockton, Hospital,
part of Signature Healthcare, located in Brockton, MA. This is a
full-time, day shift opportunity. Under the general direction of
the Nurse Manager - Psychiatry, provides direct care to inpatients,
ages 16 through geriatric, and their families experiencing social
and personal adjustment problems caused or complicated by
psychiatric or chemical dependency illness or disability. Assesses,
diagnoses, plans treatment and provides individual and group
therapy. Functions within a managed care service delivery model.

Massachusetts, Masters level licensure as a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
(LICSW) 2 years of experience in the field of Social Work,
Behavioral Health or related field Inpatient psychiatry experience
working with adults Knowledge of MA law, local community resources
and how to access Able to integrate care from a variety of sources
